All curtains are sewn by hand in Sweden. Quality is important to us; that is why we include side seams and a bottom hem in the curtains for a heavier look. The bottom hem is sewn with a measurement of 3.9x3.9 in (10x10 cm), which makes it possible for you to make the curtain longer at a later time. For example, if you move to a new home with a higher ceiling height.

• The Sakura curtain is sewn with two pockets where you can place curtain weights at the bottom (one on each side). The weights help control the curtain's drape for a perfect look.
• The curtain features see-through pleating tape for a soft look with curtain hooks. The pleating tape can be used to hang the curtain on a track or rod.
• Sakura blackout curtains: The blackout effect is achieved by sewing the curtains in two layers. The Sakura fabric is paired with a blackout lining, sewn together along the curtains' folded hems.
• Maximum width: 110 in (280 cm) - Maximum lenght: 197 in (500 cm)

Material
Sakura Collection is a high-quality jacquard-woven fabric, made from a soft blend of viscose, polyester and recycled cotton. The combination of materials gives the fabric a beautiful luster, a rich texture and an elegant, fluid drape. The fabric is OEKO-TEX certified.

Care
To preserve the color and quality of your curtains, we recommend vacuuming them regularly. Use a soft brush attachment and gently run it along the fabric to remove dust and dirt that may otherwise settle into the fibers. Use a steamer to minimize creases that may develop over time.

For dirt or stains, we recommend spot cleaning. Use warm water and a clean white cloth, gently dabbing the affected area. Finish by steaming the fabric and allow it to dry.

1. HOW TO MEASURE LENGTH

Ceiling-mounted curtain track - Measure from the ceiling to the floor and add +0.8 in (2 cm).

Curtain track on wall - Measure from the top of the curtain track down to the floor add add +0.8 in (2 cm).

Curtain rod on wall - Measure from the underside of the ring hanging on the rod and add +0.8 in (2 cm).

2. HOW TO MEASURE WIDTH
Double width curtain - Extended: 79 in (200 cm) wide, gathered: 28 in (70 cm) wide.
Single width curtain - Extended: 35 in (90 cm) wide, gathered: 14 in (35 cm) wide.

The above recommendation is to achieve Gotain's signature look, which means generous flowing waves of fabric, and a small trail against the floor. The measurements apply to the most common hanging style, on a curtain track with two-finger hooks. Read more in Gotain's measuring guide.
