Café Curtain Minimalist
The cafe curtain is mounted with a rod and niche brackets, this means that the actual width that you specify should be the measurement that the rod needs to be in. Measure from the inner edges of the window lining. We will then calculate how much fabric there should be to achieve a nice final finish. If you are unsure - round down your measurement a few milimeters, rather then rounding up.
Note that with 2 niche brackets, a total of 0.6cm is added, which needs to be deducted from the specified width.
All curtains are sewn by hand i Sweden.
- The curtain is delivererd with 1x rod and 2x niche mounts. The width of your curtain should match the width of your window (inside the window frame).
- The curtain is sewn with a weigth band in the lower hem for a heavy and even fall.
- The top of the curtain is sewn with a canal compatible with the included curtain rod.

Material
Our woven linen is crafted from the highest quality materials, consisting of 67% linen and 33% viscose for added sheen. The fabric is certified according to OEKO-TEX standards. All Gotain fabrics are woven in Spain and Turkey. Due to the characteristics of linen, our linen curtains may sometimes vary slightly in shade and texture between rolls.
Care
To maintain color and quality we recommend gently vacuuming your curtains regularly. Use a soft nozzle and gently run along the fabric to remove dust and dirty that otherwise can stick to the textile. Use a steamer to minimize creasing created over time.
- In case of staining/dirt we always recommend spot treatment as a first step. Clean with warm water on a white cloth - gently dab the fabric and finish by steaming - let dry.
- In case of more substantial staining/dirt we recommend dry cleaning. Always make sure that your local dry cleaner has the correct competence and tools to manage your stain.
- Shrinkage: 3-5%
