The width you specify should correspond to the length the rod needs to be. Measure from the inner edges of the window frame. Based on this measurement, we will calculate how much fabric is needed to create a neat and generous pleating.

Please note that the curtain hangs 0.8 in (2 cm) below the top edge of the rod, so this should be subtracted from the desired curtain length.

When specifying the width, deduct 0.25 in (0.6 cm) for the brackets and round down to the nearest whole centimeter. The niche brackets have a depth of about 0.4 in (1 cm), providing a buffer so the curtain will still fit perfectly.

The niche bracket itself has a diameter of 0.87 in (2.2 cm).

• The curtain comes with a rod (0.47 in / 12 mm in diameter), two niche brackets and rings. The café curtain rod features an elegant antique bronze finish.
• The width that is ordered is split in two, and you will receive two curtains with this style.
• The width of the curtain corresponds to the width of the window (measured inside the window frame) multiplied by 1.7. This creates the curtain’s beautiful pleats.
• The curtain has a pleating tape at the top, to be used with curtain hooks, as well as a weighted tape in the hem.
• Maximum width: 59 in (150 cm) - Maximum lenght: 39.3 in (100 cm)

Standard screws are included. Ensure that your space does not require alternative screws before installation.

Material

Our woven linen is crafted from the highest quality materials, consisting of 67% linen and 33% viscose for added sheen. The fabric is certified according to OEKO-TEX standards. All Gotain fabrics are woven in Spain and Turkey. Due to the characteristics of linen, our linen curtains may sometimes vary slightly in shade and texture between rolls.

Care

To maintain color and quality we recommend gently vacuuming your curtains regularly. Use a soft nozzle and gently run along the fabric to remove dust and dirty that otherwise can stick to the textile. Use a steamer to minimize creasing created over time.

• In case of staining/dirt we always recommend spot treatment as a first step. Clean with warm water on a white cloth - gently dab the fabric and finish by steaming - let dry.
• In case of more substantial staining/dirt we recommend dry cleaning. Always make sure that your local dry cleaner has the correct competence and tools to manage your stain.

The curtain is delivered as a complete set, including a 0.47 inch (12 mm) bronze-finish rod, niche brackets, and rings for easy installation. The pleating tape is designed for use with high curtain hooks, allowing the fabric to fall evenly into elegant, structured folds. Fullness is carefully calculated to create generous draping and visual depth.

The woven linen fabric is selected for durability and everyday use, softening naturally over time while maintaining its structure. To care for the curtains, vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment to preserve color and texture, and use light steaming to maintain the natural drape. Spot clean with warm water as needed for minor stains.
