Working mainly within fashion and lifestyle, Alicia’s love for interiors has grown naturally over the past few years, especially while renovating and creating a home for her family. Much like her wardrobe, her interior style is built around a neutral foundation, layered with vintage finds, unexpected color and pieces with personality.

After nearly two years of searching, Alicia and her partner found their turn-of-the-century home in Stockholm, falling for its generous spaces and original details.

The renovation focused on restoring the apartment’s character while creating a warm, cohesive feel through natural finishes, soft colors and carefully chosen textiles.

In the living room, walls are painted in warm Jotun Bomull which are delicately paired with curtains Raw Cotton Ivory from the Sakura Collection. Hung high on a rod to emphasise the generous ceiling height, the curtains bring softness, movement and an elegant sense of scale to the room. Against the warm white walls, the Ivory takes on a subtle blush undertone, beautifully complementing Alicia’s mix of timeless pieces, vintage finds and touches of color.

The kitchen is Alicia’s favourite room and one of the spaces that changed the most during the renovation. At the window, a Roman shade in Sakura Oat Yellow from the Sakura Collection brings warmth and adds a subtle pattern to the room’s soft color palette. The warm yellow shade beautifully complements the walls painted in Jotun Bomull and the cabinetry in NCS S 0505-Y10R .

A particular favorite is the little coffee corner, a space that has become a natural part of Alicia’s morning ritual. She loves making something special out of the small moments in everyday life, and simply walking into the kitchen to make her morning coffee can make her look forward to starting the day just a little more.

Together with the reworked kitchen island, the result is a warm and timeless kitchen. A perfect reflection of Alicia’s style.

In the master bedroom, Alicia has layered a Blackout Roman shade in the Sakura Ivory with a sheer linen drape, creating a soft and airy expression. Paired with walls in NCS S 0505-Y, a delicate butter yellow, the warm Ivory tones and subtle Sakura pattern bring character while keeping the room restful.

Here, the Roman shade has been paired with a matching bedspread in the same Sakura pattern, both in the color Sakura Ivory.

In the office and soon to be children’s room, a Roman shade in Sakura Ivory has been paired with a matching drape, bringing a soft pattern and warmth to the space. Alicia wanted to create a cosy feel without leaning too heavily into a traditional nursery aesthetic. Here, the Sakura pattern becomes a central element of the space.

This room holds a special meaning as fall approaches, with Alicia looking forward to an entirely new chapter in her life, becoming a mother. Fall has always been her favorite season, and this year she is especially excited to experience it with her little girl and settle into a new everyday life together as a family.
