Voile Curtain White

All curtains are sewn by hand in Sweden. Quality is important to us; that is why we include side seams and a bottom hem in the curtains for a heavier look. The bottom hem is sewn with a measurement of 3.9x3.9 in (10x10 cm).

• The voile curtain is sewn with two pockets where you can place curtain weights at the bottom (one on each side). The weights help control the curtain's drape for a perfect look.
• The curtain features see-through pleating tape for a soft look with curtain hooks. The pleating tape can be used to hang the curtain on a track or rod.

Material
Our voile curtains are of the highest quality, sewn in 100% polyester voile, especially designed for a beautiful drape. The textile is feather-light, and the fabric is smooth without irregularities; voile means 'veil' in French. The fabric is certified according to OEKO-TEX standards. All Gotain fabrics are woven in Spain and Turkey.

Care
To maintain color and quality, we recommend vacuuming your curtains regularly. Use a soft nozzle and pull gently along the fabric to remove dust and dirt that would otherwise press into the fabric over time. Use a steamer to minimize wrinkles.

• In the case of dirt/stains, we always recommend treating the stain immediately. Clean with warm water on a white cloth - dab gently against the fabric and finish by steaming - let dry.
• For more substantial staining or dirt, we advise consulting a dry cleaner. Always ensure that your local dry cleaner has the appropriate expertise and tools to manage your stain. Gotain does not take responsibility for incorrect handling by a dry cleaner.

1. HOW TO MEASURE LENGTH

Ceiling-mounted curtain track - Measure from the ceiling to the floor and add +0.8 in (2 cm).

Curtain track on wall - Measure from the top of the curtain track down to the floor add add +0.8 in (2 cm).

Curtain rod on wall - Measure from the underside of the ring hanging on the rod and add +0.8 in (2 cm).

2. HOW TO MEASURE WIDTH
Double width curtain - Extended: 79 in (200 cm) wide, gathered: 28 in (70 cm) wide.
Single width curtain - Extended: 35 in (90 cm) wide, gathered: 14 in (35 cm) wide.

The above recommendation is to achieve Gotain's signature look, which means generous flowing waves of fabric, and a small trail against the floor. The measurements apply to the most common hanging style, on a curtain track with two-finger hooks. Read more in Gotain's measuring guide.

These made-to-measure curtains are available in two widths: single width at 55 in (140cm) and double width at 110 in (280cm), with lengths ranging from 0-197 in (0–500cm) to suit a variety of window sizes. Each panel is sold individually, allowing you to order the exact number needed for your space. The double width option works particularly well for floor-to-ceiling curtains or larger windows, creating generous folds and a soft, flowing drape. For narrower windows or layered looks, the single width provides flexibility and ease of installation on either curtain tracks or rods.

When measuring for your voile curtains, add 0.8 in (2cm) to the length for a slight puddle at the floor, a signature detail that enhances the soft, flowing effect. A single width panel gathers to approximately 14 in (35cm) when hung, while a double width panel gathers to around 28 in (70cm), offering generous waves of fabric.
