Start by measuring the width and length of your bed, then decide how much drape you would like on each side. Some prefer a bedthrow that covers just the mattress, while others choose one that extends further down for a softer, more elegant look.

For a single bed, we recommend a size of 180×280cm (71 x 110 in), and for a double bed 260×280cm (102 x 110 in).

To calculate the exact measurement: take the width of the bed and add twice the height (to cover both sides). If you use a thick duvet under the bedthrow and want it to reach all the way to the floor, add an additional 10–15 cm (4-6 in).
