Curtain Valance Woven Linen Curved Finish Khaki

All curtains are handmade in Sweden. The valance has a velcro strip at the top, which attaches directly to the curtain track for a minimal and discreet look. The curved valance comes with two angles that provide a finished look and is suitable in front of a window.

• The valance comes with a complete kit, including a track with velcro and ceiling brackets for easy ceiling mounting. If you plan to mount your valance on the wall, you will need to purchase additional wall brackets.
• The curtain track is delivered in one single piece for lengths up to 200 cm. For lengths exceeding 79 in (200 cm), a joint piece is included to extend the track to the ordered length. Valances up to 110 in (280 cm) in width are made in one single piece. For widths exceeding 110 in (280 cm), the valance is made with a 110 in (280 cm) center panel, with the remaining width divided and added to each side.
• Want to hang a curtain behind your valance? Order a regular curtain track to be mounted behind the valance.
• Since all valances are handmade, the final width/length of the curtain may vary by +/- ≈0.4 in (1 cm) from the ordered measurement.

Our woven linen is made from the highest quality, 67% linen and 33% viscose for a heavy drape. The fabric is certified according to OEKO-TEX. All Gotain fabrics are woven in Spain and Turkey.

Care
To maintain color and quality, we recommend vacuuming your curtains regularly. Use a soft nozzle and pull gently along the fabric to remove dust and dirt that would otherwise press into the fabric over time. Use a steamer to minimize wrinkles.

• In the case of dirt/stains, we always recommend treating the stain immediately. Clean with warm water on a white cloth - dab gently against the fabric and finish by steaming - let dry.

Curtain Valance Width:

The valance is 5.9 inches (15 cm) deep and is mounted on the ceiling (if you want to mount it on the wall, you need to contact us to order wall brackets).

The valance is installed in front of a standard curtain track with curtain panels. To measure how wide the valance should be, take the outer width of your window frame and add 21.7 inches (+55 cm).

To measure how wide the curtain track should be, take the width of the valance and subtract 13.4 inches (−34 cm). The final look will be a valance that covers your window plus 5.9 inches (+15 cm) on each side.

Curtain Valance Height:

The recommended height for a curtain valance is approximately 13.8 inches (35 cm), which creates a balanced and stylish impression in most windows. If you need more coverage or want a more decorative feel, you can choose a taller model – we offer curtain valances up to 23.6 inches (60 cm) in height.
