Custom Curtain Pole - Single or Double

When measuring the length of your curtain pole, consider two factors: the width of the window and how much space the curtains will take up on either side of the window. A single-width curtain will take up approximately 20 cm (8 in) when fully gathered, while a double-width curtain will take up around 40 cm (16 in).

Your window width + 40 cm (16 in) (two single-width curtains) = Length of your curtain pole
Your window width + 80 cm (32 in) (two double-width curtains) = Length of your curtain pole

If your room has more than one window and you want a pole that spans the entire wall of windows, measure the total width from the outer edges of the window frames on the windows farthest apart and add 40/80 cm (16in/34 in).

Please note that the finials 'Sphere', 'Grace' and 'Empire' will add 6 cm (2.4 in) to each side of the curtain pole, from the specified total length.

A curtain pole made to your exact measurements
With a made to measure curtain pole, there’s no need to settle for standard lengths that never quite fit. Simply enter the measurement you need, and your pole is delivered in exactly that length – whether it’s going above a single window, a short curtain pole for a narrow alcove, or an extra long curtain pole running wall to wall for generous layers of fabric.

Single or double curtain pole
Choose a single pole for a clean, pared-back look, or a double curtain pole if you’d like to layer two pairs of curtains – for example, a sheer linen curtain closest to the window and a blackout curtain in front. With a double pole, you can draw each layer separately to control both light and privacy.

Four finishes and four finials
The curtain pole comes in four finishes: black, antique bronze, chrome and brass. Finish it off with the finials that suit your home – the sleek Minimalist, the round Ball, or the more decorative Grace and Empire. Please note that not all finials are available in every finish. When you select a finish, you’ll see straight away which finials are available for it.

Sturdy enough for heavy curtains
The pole is robust and holds heavy curtains, such as velvet and bouclé, without bending. It works just as well with light linen curtains as with lined blackout curtains.

Complete kit – ready to install

Shipping cost

All duties and fees are included - no hidden fees.

We offer a flat shipping fee of £19 for all curtain panels, interior details and accessories.

For larger parcels such as roman blinds, tracks, and rods, the shipping fee is £59.

All our products are carefully crafted in our atelier in Sweden and shipped directly to you, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. International shipping costs reflect the safe handling and delivery of our products from Sweden, especially for larger parcels such as curtain tracks, rods, and roman blinds.
