About the position
As a Curtain Consultant at Gotain, you will conduct in-home consultations for customers across Stockholm and surrounding areas. During these visits, you will guide customers in choosing curtain styles, materials, functionality, and take measurements — always with a high level of service and attention to each customer’s needs and home environment.
The role involves 2–4 customer meetings per day, and meeting times may vary depending on customer demand. You will be responsible for conducting meetings in a professional, engaging, and sales-driven manner. Following each visit, you will prepare quotations and actively follow up to convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities

- Take measurements and ensure accurate solutions before ordering
- Prepare and follow up on quotations

- Manage customer communication throughout the entire process
We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in sales and customer service

- Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
- Holds a valid Category B driver’s license (required)

About the role
Gotain is currently looking for a Customer Advisor to join our store in Stockholm on Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sense of service, and appreciates being part of an inspiring retail environment focused on personal consultation.
As a Customer Advisor in our showroom, you play an important role in the overall customer experience at Gotain. You will meet both walk-in customers and customers who are already in an ongoing process with us. Your role is to guide them through curtain options, materials, functionality, and color choices in a confident, inspiring, and service-oriented way.
You will also help ensure that the store remains welcoming, inspiring, and well-organized throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist and guide customers in the showroom
- Conduct shorter consultations and provide product advice
- Actively work with sales and customer follow-up
- Prepare simple quotations
- Guide customers toward curtain planning services or in-home consultations
- Respond to basic customer inquiries via email and phone
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually inspiring
- Refill fabric samples and steam curtains when needed
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident, social, and professional in customer interactions
- Has previous experience in customer service and sales
- Enjoys a consultative and relationship-focused role
- Has an interest in interior design, colors, and aesthetics
- Is self-driven and proactive
- Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
Previous experience in interior design, fashion, or retail is considered a plus, but is not required.

- Speaks fluent Swedish
