All curtains are sewn by hand in Sweden. Quality is incredibly important to us, which is why we sew side hem and bottom hem with generous inserts for a heavy fall. The bottom hem is sewn in a full 10x10cm, which makes it possible for you to lay down the curtains at a later stage, for example when moving to a home with a higher ceiling height.

The curtain is equipped with two pockets at the bottom for the possibility of placing weights (one on each side). The weights help you control the fall of the curtain and gives you that final touch.

Transparent folding band for a discreet hanging with curtain hooks. The folding band can also be used to hang the curtain on a rod, then this is used as a canal.

Sewing & Details

Our hotel curtains are of the highest quality, sewn in 100% polyester voile, especially designed for a beautiful fall and not attract dust. The textile is fleece thin and the fabric is smooth without shifts, voile means 'veil' in French. The fabric is certified according to OEKO-TEX. All Gotain fabrics are woven in Spain and Turkey.

To maintain color and quality, we recommend vacuuming your curtains at regular intervals. Use a soft nozzle and pull loosely along the fabric to remove dust and dirt that would otherwise attach on the fabric. Use a steamer to minimize creases that are created over time.

In the case of dirt/stains, we always recommend treating the stain immediately. Clean with warm water on a white cloth - dab gently against the fabric and finish by steaming - then dry.

For coarser dirt/stain, dry cleaning is recommended. Always make sure with your local dry cleaner that they have the right skills and tools to handle your particular stain.

Material & Care

We deliver all curtains within 3 weeks of placing an order. The curtains are sent with Postnord to your nearest service point.

All curtains are tailor-made to your exact length, which means that we do not accept returns of the curtains.
